Apprenticeship & Training
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 369 and the Louisville
Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) jointly sponsor the Apprenticeship
and Training program. IBEW/NECA is dedicated to the training of apprentices and journeymen wireman
to ensure a highly skilled and qualified workforce to meet today's competitive construction market.
The end result of this training is the customer receiving the highest quality job that is on time,
within budget, and right the first time. The Louisville Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training
Center (LEJATC) has just moved into a new two-story 21,600 square foot training facility located at:
4315 Preston HWY.
